TESTIMONY

On Monday, 30th November, 2015, I went to visit some of our members and shared the word of God with them.
When I got there at first I saw a brother who we are working hard to bring to church but has not really responded. He didn't come to the place I was sharing either. But as we sat down he came and passed by us and went his way.
After I finished sharing I went to see another sister and prayed with her because she said had pains all over her body and I told her she was healed and left for yet another sister too.
When I got there she was a little busy so I decided to wait.
All of a sudden the first sister I prayed for came and told us that the brother who didn't come to join us to study has been found lying down on the road somewhere holding his leg in pain and couldn't do anything.
At first I really didn't want to get involved and because it was also late so I decided to leave and go home. But when I got closer to where the incident happened I had the urge to pray for him. Then we saw one of his friends carrying him at his back taking him home so I had to go back with them. As I was going I started praying in the spirit and meditating on the word of God that talks about we having power to cast out devils, because I heard some people say that it was some parents of a certain girl he impregnated who have taken him to juju, because he began having that attack a few days ago when the parents took the girl back to their hometown because he refused to go and settle some issues with them. He later called them to try go visit them but the person who answered the call told him that now that, "is It now that he realized he is dying that he is calling them?"
Hmmmm, interesting right!
So I told them to put him down on the floor and asked his sisters and his friends to come and let's pray for him but to my surprise none of them wanted to come near him.

So I started by asking him to ask God for forgiveness for what he did and also led him to accept Christ as his Lord and savior. Then I declared the word and casted out that demon and the spirit of death and told him he is free and I went out to talk with his sisters.

To the glory of God within 3 to 5 minutes this guy who couldn't walk, who was being carried at the back, was walking again strong and even went to buy water to drink and then he came and thanked me.
It was even later that I also realized that the first lady, I had prayed for, too was healed because of the way she was going up and down talking and helping with the guy who had the attack
Glory to God forevermore.

This is what the name of Jesus can do my dear Christians, the name is powerful and at the mention every knee bows and every tongue confesses that HE IS LORD!
